Daesum possesses comprehensive capabilities in conceptual solution planning, mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing, software programming, installation, commissioning, and after-sales service. The company operates with independent engineering design and on-site installation teams. Mechanical manufacturing and electrical programming are fully executed in-house, and all core equipment is independently developed by the company. The technical personnel possess more than 20 years of industry experience. For diverse material types and container specifications, Daesum provides customized solutions and delivers integrated, one-stop products and services, covering the entire lifecycle from pre-sales consultation to final project delivery.
The company provides a comprehensive range of turnkey services, including: Initial technical consultation, proposal optimization, workflow modeling, process engineering, structural design, electrical circuit design, software programming, logistics and transportation, on-site installation, system commissioning, and trial production training.
All equipment supplied by Daesum can be delivered as turnkey solutions. From individual filling machines to large-scale batching and mixing systems, we provide free remote technical guidance for standalone equipment. For large and complex production lines, including large batching and mixing systems, we provide on-site installation and commissioning services.

- All equipment supplied by Daesum is covered by lifetime maintenance service. The warranty period is 12 months after acceptance and commissioning or 18 months after delivery, whichever occurs first. During the warranty period, any quality-related issues will be serviced free of charge, including spare parts replacement.
- After the warranty period, lifetime technical support is provided, with reasonable charges applied for labor and spare parts.
- A service follow-up visit is conducted after two years of operation, in coordination with the customer for system inspection and testing. Customers are not permitted to replace internal components without authorization. Daesum shall not be responsible for performance or safety issues caused by unauthorized replacement or repair.
- Service requests from customers will receive a response within 48 hours.

Upon equipment delivery, a dedicated wear-and-tear parts manual is provided, clearly illustrating the installation location and corresponding part number of each consumable.
The company standardizes its systems with internationally recognized first-tier OEM brands, such as Siemens PLCs and HMIs, Schneider low-voltage apparatus, OMRON fiber optics, SICK photoelectric switches, P+F proximity sensors, and pneumatic components from AirTAC, SMC, or Festo. For such standardized and universal spare parts, customers can easily source replacements from local authorized distributors.
For specialized or custom-engineered spare parts, Daesum prepares a set of commissioning spares prior to shipment. A recommended list of “2-Year Operational Spare Parts” is also provided for customer selection. Furthermore, the company offers long-term preferential pricing on all spare parts to ensure the sustained and stable operation of the equipment.
