This automatic filling machine achieves a high degree of automation for pail and jerrycan filling. With the exception of manual loading, the whole process is automatic from infeed, quantitative filling, lid/cap sorting and placement, capping, to automatic discharge of filled pails/jerrycans.
The automatic filling machine utilizes mechanical positioning for automatic alignment and can be adjusted to meet various container specifications based on the pails/jerrycans type. Furthermore, the equipment can be configured with a dual-nozzle system to handle two different products simultaneously.
Optional configurations include explosion-proof motors, fume collection hoods, vapor extraction systems, plastic modular belt conveyor, inkjet printers, labeling machines, pallet magazines, and palletizers.
