The automatic filling machine on pallet and IBCs achieves a high degree of automation, encompassing forklift-assisted weighing, automatic decapping/lid opening, automatic alignment, automatic quantitative filling, automatic capping/lid pressing, and forklift-assisted unloading.
The automatic alignment system offers a choice between vision-guided or mechanical alignment based on the container type, and comes equipped with an integrated capping and capping gripper. When paired with AGVs, this filling machine enables fully unmanned factory operations.
Optional configurations include multiple filling lances, powered roller conveyors, explosion-proof motors, safety guardrails, enclosed filling cabins, and vapor extraction systems.
