The filling machine is adaptable to a wide range of industrial scenarios and operating environments. - Heated filling nozzle system
For materials that tend to solidify at ambient temperature, an optional heated filling nozzle is available to maintain the product in a fluid state. A heating chamber is integrated into the equipment to enclose the filling nozzle, using water or oil circulation for thermal insulation. Dual temperature controllers and temperature-limiting heating elements ensure stable and precise temperature regulation throughout the filling process. - Superior sealing performance and long service life
The filling nozzle adopts a metal bottom sealing valve and compression-type shaft sealing technology. Wetted components are manufactured from stainless steel or PTFE and other corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring excellent durability and resistance to aggressive media. The service life can reach 15-20 years with minimal maintenance requirements. Each filling nozzle undergoes more than 3,600 pressure switching tests, while moving components are subjected to a 24-hour aging test to ensure long-term stability and reliability. - Modular and standardised configuration
The PLC control program is designed with a modular architecture. In addition to standard filling, alarm and detection modules, optional modules such as cleaning and residual material discharge are available to meet specific production requirements. The equipment structure follows a standardised design philosophy, enabling flexible configuration according to different customer needs. Functional modules can be combined efficiently, with limited customised elements, allowing rapid design, assembly, installation and commissioning to shorten production lead times and ensure fast delivery. - Safety interlocks and protective mechanisms
Multiple safety interlocks and pressure relief mechanisms are integrated into the system. In the event of drum collision, abnormal tare weight detection, improper cap tightening or other irregularities, the equipment automatically stops and triggers an alarm. Additional protective features include anti-collision protection, multi-level overflow prevention, anti-misoperation safeguards, anti-static protection, and failure protection against power or air supply interruption. Operation can only resume once the abnormal condition has been fully resolved. - User-friendly operation and easy maintenance
The PLC interface features a clear and intuitive layout with straightforward instructions, while the touchscreen design ensures simple and efficient operation. Components are connected using clamp fittings for easy disassembly and replacement. The filling enclosure adopts a robust structure made of stainless steel and transparent panels, with large front and rear double-door access. This configuration allows maintenance personnel to enter the enclosure directly for inspection, servicing and adjustment.
