Liquid Batching System
The liquid batching system is a fully integrated production line centered on the mixing unit, incorporating material transfer, metering, batching, mixing, and filling modules.
Raw materials typically consist of water, various liquid ingredients, and micro-additives. The liquid batching system supports multiple feeding methods, including direct pipeline supply, IBC tanks, and 200L drums.
Utilizing an advanced control interface, operators can manage and recall production recipes with ease. The batching system automatically dispenses materials from their respective storage tanks according to the preset sequence and proportions, ensuring a seamless, automated workflow from batching to final filling.
To maintain a clean production environment, the batcher features a dust extraction unit to minimize airborne particles during solid-additive feeding. Furthermore, the system is highly customizable, with options to integrate deionized water treatment units and raw material heating systems to meet specific process requirements.
