Automatic Filling Line for Palletized Drum & IBC Filling
The automatic filling line on pallet and IBCs is designed to achieve a fully automated production process, including empty container storage, automatic container discharge, automatic empty container labeling, automatic alignment and decapping, automatic quantitative filling, automatic alignment and cap tightening, automatic pallet discharge, automatic stretch wrapping or hooding, automatic strapping, and finished pallet conveying out of the production workshop.

- Filling speed: single station 8-10 containers/hour (IBC totes) or 30-35 drums/hour (200L drum), each filling line can be configured with 1-2 stations, each drum storage system can support multiple filling lines simultaneously

- The automatic filling line can accommodate different pallet types and container formats. Format changeover is achieved by selecting the corresponding recipe via the touch screen interface.
- The automatic filling line integrates world-class electrical components to ensure reliability, featuring Siemens PLC and HMI systems, Schneider low-voltage switchgear, Omron or Sick photoelectric sensors, and Pepperl+Fuchs (P+F) proximity switches.
- Multiple safety measures are integrated throughout the system, including emergency stop buttons, safety switches, interlocking systems, and safety fencing to ensure operation within designated safe zones.
