This automatic filling machine enables a fully automated production process for pails and jerrycans, including manual loading, automatic container conveying, quantitative filling, capping/lid pressing, cap/lid inspection, and discharge.
Mechanical positioning ensures accurate automatic alignment with the bunghole. The filling machine is compatible with various container types and supports filling for containers of different specifications from pails to jerrycans. An optional second filling nozzle can be integrated to enable the filling of two different products within the same production line.
Optional configurations include explosion-proof motors, fume collection hoods, exhaust ventilation systems, plastic modular belt conveyor, inkjet printers, labeling machines, pallet magazines and palletisers, allowing the filling machine system to be adapted to diverse industrial requirements.
