Cap Handling and Capping Machine
The cap sorting and capping machine automatically retrieves caps from the cap storage hopper, performs cap sorting, conveys caps to the capping station, and completes the pressing operation. It is typically installed in capping of pail filling lines to automate the cap pressing process.
Depending on cap diameter and depth, different pressing mechanisms can be configured. A cap inspection system can also be integrated.
Capping speed: 300-400 containers per hour.
