Empty Drum/IBC Warehouse
The empty drum / IBC warehouse is designed to automate the unloading, storage, and transfer of empty containers within the production facility. The warehouse enables automatic unloading of empty drums, entry into the workshop storage area, high-capacity storage, and delivery of empty containers to the filling lines.
Operators only need to manually place empty containers onto the ground-level conveyor. The warehouse automatically completes the subsequent storage and conveying processes.
The control program allows priority logic configuration. For example, drum discharge for filling can be prioritized over empty drum storage. When both infeed and discharge are required simultaneously, the warehouse can directly transfer empty containers to the designated filling equipment.
A single warehouse system can simultaneously supply multiple filling lines, meeting the production requirements of parallel filling operations.
